First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union Appoints Patricia D. MacConnell Falmouth Branch Manager
March 20, 2007 – First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union today announced the appointment of Patricia D. MacConnell as Manager of its Falmouth Branch office at 352 Main Street, Falmouth, MA.
MacConnell is responsible for retail sales, staff development and branch operations management, which also includes community relations. “We are proud to have someone of Patricia’s caliber joining us at First Citizens’. She knows the area and the people, and as such we expect her to be an asset to First Citizens’ and the community at large,” said Charles R. Simpson, Jr. President and Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining First Citizens’, she had served as Assistant Treasurer and Branch Manager with Plymouth Saving Bank. During her twelve-year tenure there, she was responsible for business development, increasing asset base and achieving sales goals, as well as community service.
From 1978 through 1995, she worked at Quincy Savings Bank where she achieved the title of Assistant Treasurer and Branch Manager.
MacConnell is a graduate of Hull High School and received her bachelor of science in business administration degree from Northeastern University.
Deeply committed to community service, she has served in a number of advisory capacities including, Duxbury Business Association, Jordan Hospital Club, Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, South Shore Women’s Business Network, and the Upper Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce. She also holds the distinction of being the first woman President of the Duxbury Rotary Club in its 57 history.
She resides with her family in Plymouth, MA.
