December 18, 2006 -- Leigh C. Burgess has been promoted to assistant vice president at TD Banknorth Insurance Agency Inc. in Orleans. A Retail Service Supervisor, she will continue to oversee and manage all aspects of personal lines insurance for customers throughout the region.
