Sea Watch Realty, Inc. Sells Fitness Facility Building & Business
November 4, 2006 -- On November 1, 2006, Sea Watch Realty, Inc. sold the 12,750 S.F. fitness facility building and fitness business located at 155 Attucks Lane in the Hyannis MA. Ken Driscoll of Sea Watch Realty brokered the transaction between the Seller of the Woman’s Workout Co. and the buyer, Ms. Barbara Niggel of Willy’s Gym and Wellness Center in Eastham MA.
The fitness facility building was constructed in 1996 on the 2.5 acre parcel and the business was also started in 1996. The buyer acquired the property for $2,100,000. Sea Watch Realty represented the seller, and procured the Buyer.
