Prior to joining SNAP, Rayment was with the IBM Corp. During his IBM career he was recognized as the number one new account salesman in the company, managed the number one sales unit in the U.S., was named top national sales manager, received the IBM management excellence award, achieved membership in the IBM 100% Club on 19 consecutive occasions and won two Golden Circle Awards - IBM's highest level of sales recognition. He is past president of Sales and Marketing Executives of New England and co-founder of the Senior Sales Executive Forum, a consortium of high-tech companies in the Boston area.
