Cape Cod Score Presenting Awards at 13th Annual Breakfast
HYANNIS – Glenn Ritt, Co-Founder of Cape Business Publishing Group, LLC, will address an audience of prize-winning small business owners on, “The Power of Connecting". Businesses on the Cape need to think of joint ventures, partnering, coalition building and networking,” at Cape Cod SCORE’s 13th annual awards breakfast. The breakfast will be held at 8 a.m.Tuesday, June 6 at Old Yarmouth Inn, Route 6A, Yarmouth. The public is welcome.
Glenn Ritt is one of the co-founders of Cape Business Publishing Group, LLC and co-publisher and editor of Cape Business magazine. Previously, he was publisher of Cape Cod Community Newspapers. He has been an economics writer for the Associated Press in Washington, D.C. where he covered the Federal Reserve, Treasury Department, White House and Congress. He was a Sloan Fellow in Economics Journalism at the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. He has taught at Rutgers University, Farleigh Dickenson University and the American Press Institute in Reston, Virginia.
SCORE’s annual awards breakfast honors the organization’s Small Business Owner of the Year, who is selected from among clients of the non-profit counseling organization. In addition, Build a Better Mousetrap awards are presented to small business owners selected for recognition by various local Chambers of Commerce.
