Cape Cod Five welcomes James C. O’Conor as Director of Consumer Lending
February 11, 2008 -- James O’Conor recently joined Cape Cod Five following twelve years in lending and management positions at TD Banknorth, N.A. and Cape Cod Bank and Trust Company, most recently as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer. Following studies at Villanova University, he blended his professional work with educational courses in the fields of finance and lending, many of which were sponsored by the Massachusetts Bankers Association, including the School of Financial Studies at Babson College. Bruce Hammatt, Senior Vice President at Cape Cod Five expressed, “We are fortunate to have Jim bring his extensive experience to Cape Cod Five.” He replaces Cynthia Mathison who recently retired after a 36 year career in banking. Jim resides in Centerville with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys golf, tennis and fishing on Cape Cod.
