December 5, 2007 -- On November 29, 2007, Sea Watch Realty, Inc. sold the recently constructed 10,000 Sq. Ft. two story office building located at 372 North Street, Hyannis Massachusetts. Both floors of the new office building were designed to include two 1,560 Sq. Ft. suites and one 725 Sq. Ft. suite as well as a common area that includes a foyer, stairwell, elevator and handicapped equipped restrooms.Ken Driscoll, of Sea Watch Realty brokered the transaction between the Seller, Betts Pond Building Trust, Inc. and the Buyer, Job Training & Employment Corp. Assisting in the transaction was Alison Maloney from Realty Executives who represented the Buyer. The sale price of the property was $2,000,000. JTEC, a non-profit organization plans on utilizing the space for training classrooms and administrative offices.
