Sea Watch Realty brokers sale of North Dartmouth shopping plaza

July 31, 2007 -- Sea Watch Realty, Inc. today sold the 30,000 s.f. retail plaza located at 331 State Road (Route 6), in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts. The property, also known as The Smiths Mills Shops, was sold to The Kempner Corporation of White Plains, NY. Rick Barnes of Sea Watch Realty represented the Seller and procured the Buyer.

The retail property was originally built in 1980. It was acquired by Joseph Delgado in 1999 and substantially redeveloped in 2000 and 2001. The property is now 100% leased to multiple tenants. The sale price of the property was $4,425,000.
